Molten Aluminum Permanent Magnet Stirrer
This product is the auxiliary equipment of the Aluminum Melting Furnace or Aluminum Holding Furnace. The magnetic stirrer is used to speed up the melting speed, improve the melting efficiency, lowering the burning loss.
Structure features:
1.Adopts special magnetic circuit design, special type permanent magnet steel, high performance and strong mixing force.
2.Small in size and low electricity consumption. Magnetic running can be set by positive and negative direction, rotating speed adjust is stepless, it can achieve aluminum alloy liquid rotation and turn over; so the alloy composition is uniform, the product quality guaranty is reliable.
3.Lifting system at the bottom is optional, it can adjust the ***ce of magnetic system and the furnace bottom surface according to the height of furnace bottom.
